Birth chart calculations are performed using the Swiss Ephemeris, providing astronomical precision to fractions of an arc-second. While we strive for accuracy in all calculations, interpretive content is generated through automated analysis and may vary. The quality of results depends on the accuracy of the birth data you provide — particularly birth time.

Birth data (date, time, and location) is collected solely for the purpose of generating your astrology report. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. For questions about data handling, please contact us at the email below.

As digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, astrology reports are non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered. If you experience technical issues preventing access to your report, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Starwell and Hermes Horizon Pty Ltd shall not be held liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the content of our reports. Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the purchase price of the report in question.
