Birth chart calculations are performed using the Swiss Ephemeris, built on NASA planetary data, providing astronomical precision to fractions of an arc-second. While we strive for accuracy in all calculations, interpretive content is generated through automated analysis and may vary. The quality of results depends on the accuracy of the birth data you provide, particularly birth time.

As digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, astrology readings are non-refundable once the reading has been generated and delivered. If you experience technical issues preventing access to your reading, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Starwell and Hermes Horizon Pty Ltd shall not be held liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the content of our readings. Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the purchase price of the reading in question.
