Bought a reading without making an account? There is nothing to sign into, so email support@starwell-hh.com and a person will put your file together. Write to the same address if anything in your file looks wrong or missing.
One thing your file will not contain: if you bought a compatibility reading, the other person’s birth details are described but not shown. They are that person’s data, not yours.
